Refunds and Cancellation Policies

This Cancellation Policy ("Cancellation Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of subscriptions to Intone Inc. services. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below, in addition to any individual terms and conditions you may have agreed to

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or by contacting our support team. 

2. Cancellation refund policy for prepaid subscriptions

Please note that cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle and no pro-rata refunds will be given for partial months of service, unless individual terms have been agreed. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee and any overage charges incurred.

3. Notice Period

To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we recommend that you give us at least 7 days' notice before the end of your billing period.

4. Post Cancellation

When you cancel a subscription, you can still use your subscription for the time you've already paid for. After that, your access to the service will be terminated and your data may be permanently deleted, subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion, with or without notice, if you breach the terms of service or our contract with you, or engage in unauthorised or fraudulent activity.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this cancellation policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and your continued use of the service after the changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
